Your insurance company will be billed with the information that you provide to us for the services rendered at the time of your visit. We participate with most local and national insurers, HMOs, PPOs, IPAs and Workers Compensation carriers. We also participate with Medicare and most Medicaid programs.

If you have any questions as to whether the Center participates with your insurance carrier, please contact our billing department or your insurance carrier. You are responsible for any deductibles, co-insurance or One Day surgery co-pays. Co-pays are due at the time of your visit.

You will receive a bill from the Saint Mary's Hospital / Naugatuck Valley Surgical Center department for any balance that is billable to you after your insurance has paid. You will also receive a separate bill from your surgeon, anesthesiologist, pathology and/or radiology departments depending on which services were utilized when you were a patient at our center.
